Beyond his physical transformation, the most rewarding part of the challenge for Anthony was the ability to shift his focus. “My life has improved because I have gained a newfound perspective on exercise and weight loss,” he said. “I pushed myself to a place I have not been in a long time. I’m focusing on me, not in competition with anyone except the man in the mirror.”
