Before The 15 Day Challenge, Jasmin Pacheco’s health was not her first priority. She grew uncomfortable with her weight, often feeling bloated and fatigued. As a single mother of three children, she sought a way to boost her energy and develop a routine that would help her stay consistent. After her most recent 15 Day Challenge, she hesitated to submit her results, feeling that she hadn’t pushed herself hard enough. Her coach urged her to share her story, and she was shocked to receive the call that she had been selected as a Weekly Winner in The 15 Day $25K Contest.

Seeing results within The 15 Day Challenge community inspired her to rejoin and dedicate herself to healthy habits with a new sense of focus.

Throughout her most recent challenge, Pacheco walked for at least 30 minutes every day or used Coach Brittany’s 15 Day Challenge exercise videos for guided workouts. Additionally, she drank more water than ever before, aiming for four to five bottles per day, consumed several TLC products, and focused on portion control. She limited her intake of white grains and battled her cravings for chocolate in favor of more fruits and vegetables. By the end of her challenge, she had lost three pounds!

Motivated to adopt healthier habits not only for herself but for her family, Pacheco aimed to set a strong example for her children. She stayed energized through three consistent challenges, hoping to teach her children to keep going, even if they felt like giving up. “I gained discipline and understood the importance of being healthy not only for me but for my family,” she said. “I am staying consistent daily with my routine, and it’s all thanks to this challenge … Now that the challenge is done, I am so happy with my results, and I can’t wait for even better results.”
